This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
The Earthnest Eco Lodge reserves the right to amend quoted tariffs in the event of changes to VAT or other statutory levies, taxes, or imposts after the date of contract signature.
All contracted tariffs are quoted in US Dollars, net and non-commissionable.
Payments may be made in Rwandan Francs (RWF) at the exchange rate applicable on the date of payment.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than one month prior to arrival, and proof of payment must be provided.
